一種含蛋白質運動食品組合體包含一儲存載體、一配置空間、一電解質材料及一蛋白質材料。該配置空間位於該儲存載體上，並將該電解質材料及蛋白質材料配置於該配置空間內，而該蛋白質材料可混合於該電解質材料，且該電解質材料可強化該蛋白質材料，以形成一已強化蛋白質材料，且利用該電解質材料進行調整該蛋白質材料之功能性，以便獲得一含蛋白質運動食品組合物。 A protein-contained sport food combination includes a container body, a protein material and an electrolyte material. The container body has a dispensing space which is provided to dispose the protein material and the electrolyte material. The electrolyte material is capable of culturing the protein material to obtain a cultured protein material and can further adjust a function of protein material with the electrolyte material to obtain a cultured protein-contained material to obtain a protein-contained sport food combination.
